The marketing world is expanding dramatically and globally. For example, it is difficult to penetrate client silos and cover emerging markets using traditional approaches. They simply take too much time and/or do not work well. MorganAnderson has developed, and continues R&D to develop, Web-enabled tools intended to enable us to do better and more solution-oriented work globally. These tools constitute an ever-expanding portfolio and include third-party tools and our proprietary tools. In doing this work, we have unbundled our diagnostic tools from our consulting expertise, and we offer them separately. We call all these proprietary tools ... ALCHEMY. Stewardship & Accountability
To help marketers get better value from their marketing communications investments, we apply a wide range of proprietary benchmarking metrics and best-practice tools and methodologies. We do this globally, as well as regionally and by market. This learning can readily be linked to incentive and value-based compensation methodologies, performance evaluation and accountability programs as well as to Web-enabled tools that identify barriers to efficiency and effectiveness.
Agency Portfolio Management & Benchmarking
We help marketers evaluate and assess the performance and effectiveness of their existing agency portfolio—across all disciplines and markets. There are occasions when a marketer wishes to evaluate and re-align its agency portfolio, “certify” a list of qualified agencies, or consolidate its agencies to a smaller number. We also identify the “gaps” that stand in the way of getting great work, whether the impediments are caused by client and/or agency practices.
Assessment & Audit
We look at a client’s agency relationship(s) holistically as well as specifically. This includes agency remuneration, agency contract, compliance audit, media audit, production audit, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. We have partner alliances we can incorporate into a team to cover any marketing services discipline in any locale.
